Explain some other information

For foreign passengers with a height of 1m80 or more, fitting into a cabin to lie down comfortably is a bit inconvenient. Passengers can consider and choose some other types of vehicles in our service such as limousine seats or private cars.

The lower cabin is also called double cabin, actually this cabin can seat 2 people so it’s the reason why the price is more, however passenger also can seat 1 person on this cabin with the higher price, the upper is the single cabin that only can seat 1 person, if you have baby under 5 years, you can use a single cabin with 1 adult and 1 child on this cabin.

Please don't eat the food on the bus and the driver and staff on the bus know very little English so please help to understand for them.

Refund/cancellation time

For individual customers from 1 - 4 tickets:
From 0:00 to 12 hours before departure time: You will not be refunded the ticket price you paid.
More than 12 hours before departure time: You will be refunded 100% of the ticket price you paid or can exchange your ticket for another bus with available seats. The amount will be automatically refunded through the payment gateway you have chosen
For groups of 5 tickets or more:
In case the buyer cancels group tickets (the number of canceled tickets is greater than or equal to 5 people) and tickets departing during holidays and Tet (including at least 05 days before and after those holidays and Tet), the cancellation fee will be entirely decided by the bus company and the company.
