Sapa to Ninh Binh Departures: Return trips operate daily at 10:00, 10:30, 11:30, 13:30, 22:00 and 22:30 , with pick-ups from hotels in Sapa Town or the office at 697 Dien Bien Phu Street.

Transportation Policy

Customers must be present at the pick-up point as instructed by the ticket seller at least 30 minutes before departure to complete the procedures. (In case customers book tickets in advance)
Customers are not allowed to smoke on the vehicle.
Customers are not allowed to bring dangerous goods, live animals, rare animals, prohibited goods such as weapons, flammable and explosive substances, and items with toxic odors on the vehicle.

In case customers have purchased tickets: Tickets are only valid for the date and time of the trip stated on the ticket.
Each passenger is allowed to bring 20kg of luggage. If exceeding the prescribed limit, an additional fee of VND 5,000/kg must be paid.

Cancellation deadline and fee

When canceling a ticket (except for holidays, Tet, group travel or the bus company has its own cancellation policy as specified below), the buyer may lose a certain amount of fee (calculated as a percentage of the original ticket price, i.e. the ticket price without any promotion or discount) depending on the time of cancellation as follows:

24 hours before departure: No fee
24 hours - 0 hours before departure: 100% fee
