Type of Cabin

VIP 1-Berth Cabin (Queen size), suitable for couples who love privacy ỏ fmailies with a child who is under 5 years old.
VIP 2-Berth Cabin has 2 seperatly single soft beds wich are very comfortable with fully luxury equipments in cabin.
Deluxe 4-Berth Cabin. This compartment has 4 soft sleeper beds, suitable for large families, friends, or big group. The individual traveller loves this choice very much to enjoy the trip and save the budget.

Departure time

Departures from Hanoi at 120 Le Duan Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi: 22:00pm and arrives at Lao Cai train station in the next morning 06:00am
Departs from Lao Cai at Group 26A, Lao Cai City: 21:30pm and arrives Hanoi at 05:30am next morning.

Reservations and contact

Tickets can be booked through various online platforms, travel agencies. It’s advisable to book in advance, especiall during peak travel seansons. And here on our website you can book directly for your trip easily and quickly.
After the payment, we will book the tickets and send you the train voucher through email quickly. You will save the voucher the exchange for the actual tickets at counter in Hanoi and Lao cai railways station to check in our train.

VIC SAPA TRAIN Lounge at Hanoi station

Hanoi Station is located at 120 Le Duan, Hanoi
The lounge is on the right side of Hanoi Station. It is a VIP lounge with the Vicsapa Train sign. You will use the train via voucher that to reconfirm your booking to exchange for the actual train tickets at Vicsapa Train’s lounge. Check-in gate to the railway station is Gate 2B on the second floors of Hanoi Station.
Lao Cai Station: Vicsapa Train don’t have waiting room. There is only ticket counter located on the left side of Lao Cai station.
Note: Vicsapa Train lounge and check-in gate are only open approximately 1 hour before departure.

Explain some other information

VIP 1 berth cabin and 2-berth cabin must be bought in whole.Single person who travels on VIP cabin have to pay moth tickets.
Free of charge for children under 5 years old sharing parent’s existing berths
Restroom is not in cabin and only open when the train run
Surcharge Lunner New Year 15% from 27th of Jan 2025 to 1st Feb 2025.

Refund/Cancellation time

From: 0:00 to 48 hours before departure time: You will not be refunded the tickets price you paid.
More than 48 hours before departure time: You will be refund 100% of the tickets price you paid.
