Hanoi: Passengers can board at Sao Viet BusOffices located at 114 Tran Nhat Duat Street, besides Sao Viet bus has other office at 779 Giai Phong Street, and 7 Pham Van Dong Street.

Sapa: Upon arrival at the Sao Viet Bus Office in Sapa (03 N2 Street, Sapa Market), a complimentary mini-van service is available to transport passengers to their accommodations within Sapa Town.
Amenities
The VIP cabin buses feature private sleeping cabins with leather-upholstered beds, ensuring a restful journey. Each bus typically has 10 single cabins on the upper deck and 10 double cabins on the lower deck.

For foreign passengers with a height of 1m80 or more, fitting into a cabin to lie down comfortably is a bit inconvenient. Passengers can consider and choose some other types of vehicles in our service such as limousine seats or private cars.
The lower cabin is also called double cabin, actually this cabin can seat 2 people so it’s the reason why the price is more, however passenger also can seat 1 person on this cabin with the higher price, the upper is the single cabin that only can seat 1 person, if you have baby under 5 years, you can use a single cabin with 1 adult and 1 child on this cabin.
Please don't eat the food on the bus and the driver and staff on the bus know very little English so please help to understand for them.
The distance between Noi Bai International airport and Sapa is about 250 km. There are 4 ways to go from Airport/Hanoi to Sapa, including bus, limousine, private car and train. The route runs through International airport- Lao Cai highway so it is very convenient and fast and from Lao cai - Sapa more 40km.
The travel time for this route is about 5-6 hours and if you go by private car without stopping too much, it will only take about 5 hours.

Pu Luong Nature Reserve was established in 1999, with an area of 17,662 hectares, including 13,320 hectares of strictly protected areas and 4,343 hectares of ecological restoration areas. Pu Luong is the name of the Thai ethnic people, meaning the highest mountain peak in the region. Pu Luong is a nature reserve with scientific, socio-economic and eco-tourism value.
