The Cow Hil is located near O Quy Ho pass, about 10-12km from Sapa town center. This is a large area with green grasslands, where local people graze buffaloes.

When you arrive at the top of the mountain, it’s a hill with a flat top and steep sides in a flat land area. This is also an area of land higher than the land surrounding it but smaller and lower than Fansipan mountain, at 1.900 meters above sea level. Here you will see the panorama views forward to Sapa town, Fansipan and villages.
The most beautiful day-trip destination for anyone visiting Sapa done right: Off the beaten path, personalized, and adventurous. You can also see the fabulous view of terraced rice fields in the last village. Meeting the country’s most representative animals, such as the water buffalo, cows, and goats.

08:30: Pick up at your accommodation in Sapa town and meet the local guide
From Sapa, our guide will meet you at your accommodation or in front of Sapa’s Church. After a short introduction, our driver will take you to the O Quy Ho village.
08:45 - 09:00: Start the adventure from here, follow the trails.
Our local guide will take you to the top of the mountain. In this village, you will see most of Sapa’s vegetables and fruit trees come here, such as Chayote (SuSu), Cabbage, pear, green tea, etc. You also get to see a little waterfall.
10:30 - 11:00: Reach to the first top on Đồi Bò Cow-hill steppet, enjoy the breathtaking view and see cows, buffalo, the goats
After one hour and a half, you might get to see cows and goats and enjoy the fantastic landscape.
Located in Ta Phin commune, Sa Pa town, Cow-hill is an ideal place for tourists who want to immerse themselves in the majestic nature of the Northwest mountains and forests, enjoy the quiet space as well as the peaceful and gentle scenery. Along the way, visitors will be able to see with their own eyes the endless green grasslands, the majestic Fansipan mountain as well as the O Quy Ho pass below.
Standing on the top of the high hill, visitors can leisurely admire the green grasslands and herds of black and white cows grazing. The scenery here is both wild and peaceful, just like a painting.
11:30 - 12:30: Next up is a stop at the last stop, where you will enjoy a delicious picnic lunch in an attractive place.
This top is higher than the first top. If it’s good weather, here is the best panorama view, you will see most of Sapa’s area from this point, such as Fansipan Mount, Silver Waterfall, Ban Khoang village, Ta Phin, and more.

13:30: After lunch, we will continue the adventure trekking downhill forward to Ta Phin village.
On the way, few small hearts with local people there, sometimes they stay on the hill to look after their animals, they are friendly and hard-working. Continue to discover some farms and see the mountainous area.
Ta Phin, a village of Red Dao ethnic minorities. Ta Phin village has a cool climate all year round, with lush green terraced fields and mountains. Visitors to Ta Phin often enjoy the experience of Dao herbal baths, visiting the ancient Ta Phin monastery, and exploring the traditional customs and practices of the ethnic minorities here.
15:30: When you reach the center of Ta Phin village, a car will bring you back to Sapa town.
We will arrive back at your accommodation in Sapa. Don’t forget to hug our guides and keep in touch. It’ll likely be an experience to remember, and a new friend made.
(The tour will end at about 4PM in Sapa town, so you can book a bus back to Hanoi or somewhere after that).

Cancel 15 days before departure date: Guests will be refunded 100% of the tour cost.
Cancel from 7 to 14 days: Guests will lose 30% of the tour cost.
Cancel from 3 to 6 days: Guests will lose 50% of the tour cost.
Cancel within 48 hours before departure: Tour cost will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION POLICY IN SPECIAL CASES
Due to bad weather conditions or natural disasters: If there is a storm or the weather does not ensure safety for the trip, the company may cancel the tour. In this case, you will usually be refunded 100% of the cost or change to another day depending on the conditions.
Customers cancel due to health or personal reasons: Usually need to have verification documents (certificate from a doctor or medical records). The company will consider and may refund a part of the cost depending on each specific case.
In case the company cancels due to insufficient number of guests: If the tour requires a minimum number of guests and not enough people register, the company will refund the full cost or transfer guests to another tour.
