08:00 - 08:30: Start the trekking journey from your accommodation in Sapa town
The tour guide will pick you up at hotels in Sapa town, ensuring convenience and flexibility for customers. After a short introduction, you will begin the journey to climb about 1,5 km along a small trail to reach the majestic mountain scenery.
08:30 - 9:30: You reach Sa Seng village
Sa Seng is an ideal place to enjoy panoramic views of Sa Pa town and Fansipan peak, the highest mountain in Indochina. From here, visitors can see the majestic mountain ranges, the clouds drifting by, and the quiet space of the Northwest mountains. Sa Seng peak is also a beautiful viewing spot during the rice harvest season, when the entire hilly area is covered in the golden color of terraced fields.
10:00 - 11:30: Visit Hang Da village of the Black H'Mong people
After enjoying the beautiful scenery, you will continue to follow the mountainside down to Hang Da village, home to the Black H'Mong people. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the indigenous culture and admire the wild scenery of the village.The village not only impresses with its wild, peaceful beauty but also with its traditional wooden houses, rice fields, and images of local people.
From the top of the village, visitors will admire the beautiful terraced rice fields in Muong Hoa valley, and see the largest river in Sapa flowing through the valley, creating a wonderful landscape.
12:00: Stop for lunch at a local restaurant
The group will rest and have lunch at a small restaurant run by a local family, offering a typical culinary experience of the ethnic people in the mountains.
13:00 - 13:30: Explore the ethnic life, walk to Hau Thao village
After lunch, the group will continue the journey along the small road to Hau Thao village, where there are many rice fields and traditional houses of the Black H'Mong people.
Surrounded by terraced fields, at Hau Thao village, visitors will see more clearly the daily life of the indigenous people. If it is in season, visitors can see people harvesting or planting rice. The tour guide will introduce the wedding customs, rice planting techniques and unique house construction of the H'Mong people.
14:30 - 15:00: Forward to Su Pan village and stay 1 night at the local homestay
In Su Pan village, stay here 1 night to enjoy local food and culture. You will feel the peaceful, silent atmosphere and can have deep breaths in the fresh air. This village has few tourists and Su Pan Village is surrounded by high mountains, green valleys and terraced fields, creating a beautiful natural picture. The Muong Hoa stream flows through this area, providing water for the fields and creating a poetic scene with clear blue water, contributing to the wild beauty of the village.
08:30 - 09:00: After breakfast at homestay, the local guide come to you and start the morning trek to Giang Ta Chai - the Red Dao village
Giang Ta Chai village is a small village but you can see many things here. The Red Dao people live with unique customs, their dress is beautiful, and the details make you attracted.
On the way to explore the village, you will pass through nature's bamboo forest and waterfall, sometimes the local children swim and play there, some old women sell their handicraft, this is the village atmosphere, enjoy the moments with nature and funny things.
10:30: Walk to see Ta Van village with the large rice terraces and interact with Giáy people - a popular minority ethnic in Ta Van.
Continue trekking to Ta Van village - home to the Giay ethnic group. Discover the daily life, culture and traditional costumes of the Giay people, different from the H'Mong people in Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai. This is a quite famous village for tourists, because the families here have homestay services, allowing guests to stay and experience local life.
Ta Van has a very special landscape, with the Muong Hoa stream flowing through the village. The traditional stilt houses of the Giay people are interspersed with terraced rice fields, creating a peaceful and poetic picture of the countryside.
12:00 - 12:30: Have lunch with local food in the restaurant in Ta Van village
Try the local food or if you would like to have a picnic lunch on the uphill to chill the countryside atmosphere, the road we take you will have interesting places to enjoy.
13:30 - 13:30 - Continue trekking to Lao Chai village
Lao Chai village is a large village of the Black H'mong people. Cross the small bridge to enter Muong Hoa valley, enjoy the peaceful scenery of the valley.
To reach this village, our local guide will lead you through the rice terraces with the local road few tourists and up a bit so that you can see the nice view of Muong Hoa valley.
From above, you will see terraced fields stretching along the hillsides and winding along the Muong Hoa stream. Lao Chai has many stops for visitors to sightsee and take photos.
15:00: Stop at the center of Lao Chai village and the car will pick you up to go back to your accommodation at the end of the trip.
Back to Sapa town, you can try to have herbal bath after a long trek to relax.
