Morning: Pick up from Cat Ba center and activities
8:00 AM: Pick up at Cat Ba town center (Nui Ngoc, Tung Dinh, ¼ street)

Customers cancel due to health or personal reasons: Usually need to have verification documents (certificate from a doctor or medical records). The company will consider and may refund a part of the cost depending on each specific case.
In case the company cancels due to insufficient number of guests: If the tour requires a minimum number of guests and not enough people register, the company will refund the full cost or transfer guests to another tour.
